Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper in UES!

 Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Housekeeper Position starting in Brooklyn Heights/Relocating to Upper East Side 

• Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Housekeeper
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Salary: $35 per hour | Transportation | Vacation | PTO 
• Start Date: ASAP if able to work in Brooklyn | Dec/Jan if only able to work in UES 
• Relocation: No – local candidates only

About the Family

This wonderful family is relocating from Brooklyn to the Upper East Side of Manhattan and is seeking a dedicated, full-time live-out Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will provide reliable after-school care for their 8-year-old son, including school pickups from Dalton School and playdate transportation, as well as assist with simple meal preparation. In addition to childcare responsibilities, the candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment by performing general housekeeping duties.

• Children: One child, 8 years old
• Home Size: Apartment residence
• Household Staff: One full-time nanny and one weekly house cleaner currently employed

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive after-school care, including pickups from Dalton School (91st and Park) and transportation for playdates
• Prepare simple meals such as pasta and rice for the child
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the apartment through general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing
• Unpack and organize grocery deliveries to ensure the household runs smoothly
• Collaborate with existing household staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient home environment

Requirements

• Live-out availability, full-time commitment Monday through Friday
• Experience with after-school childcare and light meal preparation

• Local candidates only; no relocation assistance provided
• No travel or errands required as part of this role
