A warm and welcoming family in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced and highly skilled live-out housekeeper to care for their 10,000+ sq. ft. residence. Position Details

• Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
• Schedule
  • Five days per week: Monday–Friday (40 hours)
• Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $45–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all areas, including main living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, a finished basement, and theater room.
• Maintain a pristine and organized home, ensuring every space is tidy and clutter-free.
• Run household errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and household supplies.
• Assist with basic household tasks, such as reviewing appliance instructions and simple home setup needs.
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence in the home while the father works remotely and the mother has an active schedule.
• Adhere to the family’s peanut-free, fragrance-free, and smoke-free environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of private home housekeeping experience in large residences preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent standard of excellence in cleaning and organization.
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy—able to respect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality (NDA required).
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physically capable of managing the upkeep of a multi-level home.
• Comfortable with pets; the family has two friendly dogs (must be comfortable letting the dogs in the backyard to go to the restroom on a leash, and feeding and watering the dogs).
• Strong desire for a long-term role, ideally 10+ years with the family.
• Background check will be ran.

Additional Information

• Live-Out Position – Candidates must secure their own housing within driving distance of Cherry Hill, NJ (relocation assistance provided in not already local).
• Dress Code: Scrubs preferred (family-provided or candidate’s own).
• Children in the Home: The family has three children (ages 7, 9, and 13). No childcare responsibilities are required.
