Overview

A warm and detail-focused family in Lake Forest is seeking a professional, proactive part-time housekeeper to assist with the upkeep of their 8,300 sq. ft. home. This is a long-term opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficiently run household. The schedule is flexible, ideally centered around Thursdays and Fridays, with additional days open for discussion. An earlier start time is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-charge housekeeping, primarily focused on first-floor living areas
• Maintain daily kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Manage laundry and linen care, including regular bedding changes
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Vacuum, mop, and dust throughout the home
• Provide occasional light cleaning in the basement (dusting and vacuuming as needed)
• Complete periodic deep cleaning projects
• Uphold a consistently high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Assist with additional household tasks as needed

Future Scope (Upon Arrival of Twins)

• Increased focus on nursery and playroom maintenance
• Laundry and linen care for infants
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for newborns
• Use of designated green and family-preferred cleaning products

Compensation and Benefits
