Description
Overview
A high-functioning family of five with three school-aged children (ages 7, 6, and 4) is seeking an experienced and proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to support their busy dual-career household. This role can be live-in or live-out and is ideal for a professional who is warm, organized, discreet, and energized by both childcare and household logistics.
The family is looking for someone with a calm, nurturing presence who connects well with children of varying personalities and ages. The position blends hands-on childcare with full household coordination, serving as a key support in keeping the home running smoothly.
The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible structure. Key coverage times include mornings (7:00–9:00 AM) to assist with school routines and afternoons through bedtime (typically until 8:00 PM). The family is open to structuring the schedule collaboratively, including split shifts or alternating schedules such as 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
