Spanish Speaking ROTA Nanny Fly in/out – Menlo Park, CA

Overview

A lovely family in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a ROTA nanny to care for their two children, ages nearly 2 and 5. The schedule will follow a two weeks on/two weeks off rotation. The family prefers a local candidate who can return home during off weeks but is open to flying the right candidate in and out. The family travels internationally throughout the year during school breaks and holidays.

Fluency in Spanish is required, as the nanny will speak exclusively in Spanish with the children to support language development (a portion of the interview will be conducted in Spanish). The position is available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and structured daily schedule for the children
• Plan and implement creative, educational activities aligned with developmental milestones
• Support and monitor each child’s developmental progress
• Encourage healthy sleep habits and manage bedtime routines
• Research and coordinate local activities, classes, and playdates
• Order and manage children’s supplies
• Accompany children to medical appointments
• Provide support during occasional nighttime wake-ups
• Communicate exclusively in Spanish with the children

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid passport (not expiring within six months) and willingness to travel during holidays
• Extensive travel experience required
• Prior ROTA nanny experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• College degree required
• Background or certification in early childhood education, development, or psychology is a plus
• Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
• Fully vaccinated
• Interest in a long-term role

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at $150,000+ depending on experience
