Description

Overview

A well-traveled, globally oriented family of four is seeking a live-in nanny to join them in caring for their two sons, ages 1 and 3. The family resides between Costa Rica, Spain, and New York City throughout the year. This position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, averaging around 40 hours per week, with increased hours required during travel periods. Both children attend school part-time in each location, and the family employs additional childcare support. They are now looking for a lead nanny to oversee and coordinate this support while taking primary responsibility for the children’s developmental growth and daily care. The ideal candidate will deliver consistent, attentive care while supporting the children’s intellectual, emotional, and social development through play-based learning. The family places a strong emphasis on education within a structured, nurturing environment. Live-in accommodations are provided in all residences.

  • Travel with the family between all locations, ensuring continuity of care and smooth transitions
  • Keep open, clear communication with parents regarding routines, developmental progress, and daily updates
