Live-in Night Newborn Care Specialist – Upstate New York

Overview

A kind and welcoming family in New Lebanon, NY is seeking a highly experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to begin in June 2026. This is an 8-week overnight assignment with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Due to the upstate location, the family is pleased to offer live-in accommodations for the duration of the role.

They are looking for a seasoned professional who is confident across all areas of newborn care, including establishing routines, supporting healthy sleep habits, and offering guidance to new parents when needed. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, knowledgeable, and supportive presence to the home during this important time.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for the newborn
• Handle diapering needs throughout the night
• Manage feedings
• Assist with bathing routines
• Establish and maintain a consistent sleep schedule and routine

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience with sleep training
• Available for the full 8-week commitment beginning in June

Compensation and Benefits

• $600 per day or $45 per hour
