A private family is seeking a Property Manager with five-star resort or elite private club experience who is ready to transition into the world of private estate management.
We are seeking a service-driven, hands-on professional to manage the facilities and physical plant of a significant Palm Beach property.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team in a shared Property Manager role, offering both exceptional coverage for the principals and a balanced, sustainable schedule for you.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional Property Manager and Family Office team
- Coordiante with the Interior team
- Serve as the facilities co-lead at a primary Palm Beach estate and supporting residences
- Maintain the property to a pristine level, oversee mechanical systems, and perform light hands-on repairs.
- Source, vet, and manage vendors and contractors to meet the highest standards.
- Develop and manage annual property budgets, track expenses, and produce monthly variance reports.
- Coordinate seasonal operations with the family office, including guest arrivals, transportation, and residence readiness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as HR documentation, timesheet approvals, and operational reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-touch environments with discretion and grace.
- Comfortable sharing responsibilities with a co-manager and adapting to seasonal schedules (Nov–May peak season).
- Exceptionally organized, with a proven ability to juggle budgets, vendors, and complex logistics.
- Hands-on and proactive—ready to step in and solve problems with a service-first mindset.
- Committed to the highest standards of privacy, professionalism, and excellence.

- Additional hours/days are expected during the high season (November to May)
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base compensation of $120,000 to $140,000 with excellent benefits (annual discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, etc.)
