Position Overview
A private family in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to oversee a 5,000 sq. ft. residence and surrounding gardens. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance skills, familiarity with smart home systems, and the ability to coordinate vendors and repairs with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, and repairs
- Manage and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure security systems and smart home technologies function properly
- Perform light handyman and repair work as needed
- Monitor property condition and report any issues to the principals
- Maintain a detailed maintenance schedule and property records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential property management
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Knowledge of smart home technology and security systems
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization required
