Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, including weekends and some holidays. This also includes occasional overnights required 1 – 2 overnights per week. Flexibility is important.
Compensation: $35/hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible); $120 per overnight. Based on a 50-hour work week, annualized compensation range is $72,000 – $110,000.

Position Overview
A private family in Sands Point is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their household staff. The family, which includes two adults and three children (ages 4, 3, and 1), requires a professional who is hard-working, reliable, and committed to maintaining a pristine home environment. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience working in UHNW or high-profile residences and is comfortable working independently while upholding five-star service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping: dusting, mopping, polishing, washing, and overall upkeep
- Manage household organization, including closets, storage areas, and cleaning supplies
- Handle laundry, ironing, stain removal, and dry-cleaning coordination
- Care for fine garments, including handwashing and steam-pressing
- Monitor and manage household inventory; restock cleaning supplies and pantry items
- Provide light cooking and serving as needed
- Assist with flower arrangements and table settings
- Run errands and receive packages; maintain delivery log
- Answer house phone and greet family and guests with professionalism
- Support family routines and assist with childcare-related household needs as required
- Perform additional duties as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ housekeeping experience in a high-profile or UHNW residence
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for fine furnishings, surfaces, and artwork
- Skilled in garment care, laundry, and wardrobe management
- Comfortable with basic technology (Microsoft Excel, Word, shared calendars, household apps)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare simple family meals
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid US work authorization
