Description
A dynamic, high profile San Francisco Bay Area family seeks an experienced and professional Nanny to join their team. The role requires prior experience in UHNW households, working within nanny teams, rotational schedules, and 24/7 care. The ideal candidate thrives in structured, fully staffed homes, is comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel, and provides developmentally appropriate, high-touch childcare for a young toddler.
Key Requirements

Provide attentive, age-appropriate care and ensure the child’s overall wellbeing.

Maintain structured daily routines balancing play, learning, and rest.

Plan and implement stimulating, developmentally focused activities.

Collaborate effectively with fellow nannies, household staff, and security teams.

Exercise sound judgment while following direction, with the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Travel with the family as needed.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 8 years of experience as a rotational nanny in UHNW households.

Proven success working in fully staffed homes and as part of a nanny team.

Training in child development (e.g., NCS, Montessori, RIE, etc.)
Experience caring for toddlers and school-age children. -
Active with ability to swim and play in engaging/dynamic activities.

Polished and discreet professional with a warm, engaging approach.

Advocates for children with balance and respect for both family and team dynamics.

Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.

Experience working alongside household security teams.

Must sign NDA and pass comprehensive background checks.
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
Compensation: Up to 185K DOE + full benefits package
