Housekeeper for High-Profile Family in Los Angeles, California

A high-profile family with multiple residences in Beverly Hills and Calabasas is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury home care, a keen eye for detail, and the discretion required to work in a private, high-profile environment. You will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team of 2–3 individuals per property, staggered to provide continuous coverage. The Beverly Hills residence typically has two housekeepers on-site during weekdays, with lighter weekend staffing based on the principal’s preference for privacy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in private UHNW households or luxury hospitality
• Proven ability to clean and maintain high-end materials, artwork, and specialty finishes
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work one weekend day as needed
• Comfortable working as part of a larger household team
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning, organization, and maintenance of assigned property, including specialized care for fine furnishings, unique artwork, stone surfaces, lighting fixtures, and outdoor living spaces
• Maintain pristine condition of all rooms, ensuring both residences reflect the family’s exacting standards
• Handle laundry, wardrobe care, and linen management with attention to fabric-specific requirements
• Support household errands and light organizational projects as needed
• Work closely with other housekeepers, nannies, personal assistants, and the chef to ensure smooth household operations
• Adapt to rotating shifts and coordinate with team members to cover schedules as needed
• Provide flexible coverage for the second residence when required
• Follow all household protocols, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism

Schedule: Full-time; primarily assigned to one property with occasional coverage at the other. Must be flexible with start times (9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM) as well as one weekend shift per week.

Compensation: Up to $45/hour based on experience, healthcare coverage, PTO, 401K
