Full-Time Housekeeper to a busy Dallas-based Family in Dallas, Texas

A busy and discreet family based in Dallas is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in high-end residences and bringing the highest attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills. A warm demeanor, discretion and reliability will be key to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping, including deep cleaning, tidying, and organizing of all areas of the home
• Provide deep cleaning services on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
• Conduct laundry care, including ironing, folding, and wardrobe management
• Organize and maintain order of closets, pantries, garage and other household areas
• Assist with packing and unpacking for family
• Assist with occasional meal prep or assistance with meal service
• Support household routines and working collaboratively with other staff
• Provide support during any events or dinner engagements as needed
• Maintain and replenish household inventory for any cleaning supplies

• Prior experience in a private home, ideally for a UHNW family
• Professional housekeeping skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of best practices in housekeeping and wardrobe care
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain discretion at all times
• Comfortable working as part of a staffed household
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Must be pet friendly (dogs)
• Flexible and adaptable attitude 
• Clean background check and verifiable references
   

Schedule: Monday-Friday (with flexibility)

Compensation: 37-45/hour DOE, PTO, healthcare coverage

Location: Dallas (North of Downtown)
